  • Root System Repair

    Psychotherapy Offering

This offering reflects the psychotherapy branch of my work. Drawing from Depth Psychotherapy, EMDR, trauma work, and couples and relational therapy, we explore how the past lives in the present and how healing can begin through greater awareness, integration, and connection.

I believe you hold an innate wholeness and a profound capacity to heal and grow. Therapy can be a powerful space for reconnecting with your authentic self, uncovering what stands in the way, and cultivating greater clarity, self-acceptance, and courage. My approach is holistic and integrative, tending to the relationship between mind, body, and spirit so that life can feel more vital, meaningful, and aligned.

We come into the world whole, but adapt to the families, cultures, and environments that shape us, often learning to suppress parts of ourselves in order to belong or survive. Together, we work to understand and gently release the adaptations that were once protective but may now be keeping your inner gold hidden.

My intention is to help you listen more deeply to what your emotions, symptoms, and embodied experience are trying to reveal. I believe it is possible to move toward greater wholeness, vitality, and freedom, even when life has been painful. By working with the nervous system, the unconscious, and the wisdom of the body, healing unfolds over time.

This work may be short term or long term depending on the individual. We can explore together what feels most supportive. Weekly sessions are encouraged in order to maintain momentum.

  • Season of change

    Intuitive Coaching Offering

This 4–6 month offering is for clients who are ready to devote themselves to the most expansive vision they hold for their lives. It is especially supportive for those who have already done substantial healing work, understand some of the ways the past may be alive in the present, and are seeking intuitive guidance, accountability, and ritual support to help them build momentum and step fully into a new chapter.

A lot can change in a single day, but sustained support creates the conditions for deeper transformation. Together, we build momentum that not only creates meaningful change now, but ripples outward into the life you are becoming.

In this season together, you are invited to bring all of you: your desires, your visions, your goals, your fear, and your overwhelm. We will walk side by side, step by step, until you begin to feel your own flow, trust your direction, and see more clearly what is asking to emerge.

This work is informed by my background as a depth and trauma psychotherapist and expanded through intuitive and integrative practices, including divination, energy work, Human Design, somatic work, and ritual.

By listening closely to your intuition, your guides, and your future self, we create the momentum needed to cross the thresholds that can lead to profound and lasting change.

At the center of this work is a deep trust that you know yourself best. I serve as a sacred mirror, reflecting back what is true so that the expansion you desire can take root.

If you can dream it, you can do it

THE PROCESS:

INITIATION & TRANSFORMATION

  • VISUALIZE & connect

Everything you need to know is already within you.

Each of us has a north star — an inner knowing that can guide us. We are born connected to this wisdom, but that connection can become dimmed through trauma, conditioning, and the inherent complexity of being human in a chaotic world.

Together, we work to restore that connection.

Drawing from the many modalities I have studied, we will explore the subconscious and unconscious through a blend of Jungian active imagination and EMDR-informed practices.

This process invites us into relationship with the wisdom of your body, the intelligence of your intuition, and the spiritual supports available to you, so that greater clarity can emerge around what in your life is asking to shift or expand.

Your future self and devotional practices serve as powerful companions on this path.

  • Unhook & Unlearn

A central part of this process is letting go.

Letting go of the illusion of control, of identities that no longer fit, and of the expectations that were never truly yours to carry.

You may have outgrown old protectors of people-pleasing or staying small in order to remain safe.

As we stay connected to the vision of your north star, we begin to honestly assess the distance between your current reality and the life you feel called toward.

As clarity deepens around who you are at your core, and around the life that longs to be lived through you, it becomes easier to recognize what is no longer aligned and what is ready to fall away. This may include dysfunctional relationships, limiting beliefs, inherited roles, or resistance to the process itself.

By taking action where change is possible and surrendering what lies beyond your control, we create the space for something new to emerge.

This stage of the work can be tender, uncomfortable, and at times painful. But release and surrender are often what make room for the newness that is trying to arrive.

  • INTEGRATE & EXPAND

    What we focus on grows.

The human brain is wired to scan for what is wrong. Because of this survival-driven pattern, often called the negativity bias, it can be easy to move through life without fully taking in the goodness that is already present. Shifting this deeply ingrained habit requires intention, practice, and a willingness to strengthen the part of ourselves that can also recognize what is beautiful, nourishing, and working.

Trust in ourselves is built through action, and growth asks us to stretch beyond what is familiar. Developing practices that sustain our expansion into our most resonant selves takes devotion, and accountability can help create the momentum needed to keep going.

An important part of this work is learning to celebrate the wins, to tend to what is already thriving, and to savor the life we are living now. Gratitude becomes part of the practice, helping us root more fully into the present even as we continue to grow.

What clients are saying

“I’ve spent the better part of the last year collaborating with Kathryn and the transformations I’ve experienced are nothing less than profound. When we started this work, I had spent years excavating the past but still felt stuck. She introduced me to my future self - a centered, creative being with an unwavering trust in the universe, a woman who leads with curiosity and expects magic - and I’m so thankful to Katie for facilitating this powerful, expansive conversation with future me.

Kathryn’s wisdom and gentle accountability helped me find more congruence with my own inner vision and create in a way I’d never thought possible. I look back on this year and can’t believe all that has been brought to life - a new business, relationships, joy! Katie, you are a goddess, a spiritual teacher, and a role model. I am forever thankful the universe sent you!”

— T.R., executive coach

Your presence, professionalism and kindness are met with respect and deep appreciation. Thank you for being the solid sister with a flashlight on the shadowy lunar paths as well as the luminous ones.”

— A.S., Producer

“So grateful that you took your work in healing and shared it with others. Can’t thank the universe enough for putting you in my path when it did. I benefit and grow from the work we did together every single day.”

— S.H., Artist

“Before I met you I was just a hurt child trapped in a mans body that couldn’t take care of himself and that’s all behind me now. I have so many tools in my tool box. I feel like a version of myself I never knew before. I am living a life I never thought possible. You are on my gratitude lists every day.”
